 Operation Dry Streets Focuses on Roadway Safety 

(Temple Terrace, FL – March 11, 2020) The Temple Terrace Police Department (TTPD) along with the Florida Sheriffs Association (FSA), Florida Police Chiefs Association (FCPA) and the Florida Highway Patrol will conduct Operation Dry Streets this weekend, a joint statewide initiative that focuses on keeping the roads safe this weekend. As part of this effort, TTPD will host a saturation patrol targeting impaired drivers in conjunction with other local law enforcement agencies and support from Mothers Against Drunk Driving, on Friday, March 13 from 9 p.m. until Saturday, March 14 at 3 a.m.

(TEMPLE TERRACE, FL. – May 14, 2019) The Temple Terrace Arts Council is taking their message about theimportance of public art to the streets. Literally. On Saturday, May 18, beginning at 10 a.m., the Arts Council and City leadership, along with resident volunteers including members of the Mayor’s Youth Leadership Council, will assist with the City’s first intersection art project at the corner of Glen Ridge and Inverness Avenues.
